Whether you’re facing life's challenges, mental health concerns, or seeking professional growth, Lazy Therapy offers a nurturing space for reflection, dialogue, and positive change. I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and Supervisor (AASW #462388) with a Master's in Social Work. My passion is supporting people in improving their mental health and living more fulfilling lives. I specialise in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and life's difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed and is built upon Metacognitive Therapy (MCT), tailoring sessions to your unique needs and promoting lasting well-being. My background across Disability Services, Youth Justice, and headspace mental health services has shaped my approach, which focuses on your strengths and empowering you to navigate challenges. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy philosophy, playing guitar, surfing, hiking, bike-packing, and tending my veggie patch.
